How to Measure:

- Measure to the nearest centimeter.
- Don’t add extra room; we’ll adjust for fit.
1. Collar
Stand straight, relax, and wrap the tape loosely around your neck.
2. Chest
Wrap the tape around your chest, exhale, and leave a finger's gap.
Tip: Ensure the tape is over the nipples, straight on the back, with a 1 cm gap.
3. Waist
Measure around your torso at navel height, standing relaxed and exhaling.
Tip: If you have a larger build, measure around the widest part of your abdomen.
4. Seat
Set for measuring the tape around the widest part of your buttocks.
Tip: Wear pants that fit well, empty your pockets, and then measure.
5. Biceps
Measure your dominant arm at its widest point while relaxed.
6. Shoulder
Measure shoulder to shoulder, keeping both ends level. This is crucial for accurate sleeve length.
Tip: Use the outer edge of the shoulder bone as a guide.
7. Sleeve
Measure from Step 6’s point, over the elbow, to the wrist.
Tip: For a short-sleeved shirt, measure to where the sleeves should end.
8. Wrist
Place the tape around the widest part of your wrist and add 1 cm.
9. Shirtlength
Measure from the top of your shoulders to the bottom of your buttocks for shirt length.
Tip: For a round-hem shirt, sides are 6 cm shorter than the back.
10. Lengthtochest
Measure from the shoulder near the neck to the widest part of your breasts (Step 2 point).
11. Lengthwaist
Measure from the shoulder near the collar to the waist, below the ribcage.
12. Lengthtothehip
Measure from the shoulder near the collar to the hip bone.
Tip: For women, measure 8 cm above the widest part of the buttocks (Step 4).
